Kamata South

Kamata South is home to the Grand Hotel, one of the oldest hotels in the country. It has become an accommodation choice for famous Teikonians including the Teiko Premier Akashi Seijuro himself.


Kamata South is the third largest commercial hub of Teiko. It houses major corporate HQ including the main office of Devon News Corporation, the only legitimate news and media company in the country. Kamata South also has its own stock market index named Kamso.  


Kamata South is home to Teiko's first marina bay shopping district. It occupies a major city block near the port and is home to many luxury shops such as Tiffany and Co, Hermes,  Louis Vuitton and Burberry.

Nozomi experienced economic breakthrough when investors bought in technological manufacturing to the district. Now, Nozomi ranks among the top 5 exporting districts in Greater Teiko Metropolitan Area.

Kamizaki is home to one of the largest arena is Greater Teiko Metropolitan Area - LTU Arena. It is also the home to Teiko's National Soccer Team. 


Teiko Interstate, the widest limited control expressway in Teiko passing through Kamizaki. The first segment of the interstate was constructed here connecting Nakamiya South and Tetsuya. 


Kamizaki is a bustling city with a large commercial center. Recently, the Akashi Global City being constructed by SZT Properties and Ayala Land Premier has brought life to what was once a barren land.

Takao District is home to the largest privately owned industrial park in United SimNations. The industrial park alone contributes more than 1/5 of Teiko's total export for technological manufacturing.


Along with industrial parks, Takao is also a place for many people who are wishing to have a calm retirement life. Situated as an island detached from mainland Teiko, it has been home to many wealthy Teikonians. 


Starbuck's Coffee factories are among those who are leased in Takao Industrial Park, although the place is somewhat limited to technology based companies, big corporations like this are given special referendum.

Meiho is well known to tourists for it's long beach lines. In fact, Meiho has the longest beach line in Teiko which attracts thousands to millions of travelers and tourists each year. 


Meiho is home to Teiko's first outdoor concert grounds - Teiko Concert Grounds. Among those who were able to perform here are Niravana, Greenday and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
